This Privacy Notice explains how personal data submitted for the Nuvoco Sauthi Khaas Garba campaign ("Campaign"), organised by D. B. Corp Limited in association with Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited ("Organisers"), is collected and used.
1. Data we collect
Garba group name, city, name of the group leader / contact person, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email address, number of members, years of performing, group description, Instagram handle, and the performance video you upload. If your group is shortlisted or wins, we may also collect identity/age proof, PAN, address proof and bank/payment details.
2. Why we use it
For registration, communication, verification, evaluation and selection of entries, Campaign administration and publicity, prize disbursement, tax compliance, fraud prevention and record keeping.
3. Who we share it with
Where reasonably required, with DB Corp, MY FM, Nuvoco, their affiliates, agencies, technology and production providers, media partners, payment providers and professional advisers engaged in conducting or promoting the Campaign.
4. Your video and content
Videos are stored securely and are accessible only to the Campaign team for evaluation. As set out in the Terms & Conditions, submitted videos may be edited and published on MY FM, Nuvoco and their social media/digital platforms for Campaign-related purposes.
5. Legal basis and retention
We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By submitting the registration form you consent to this processing. Data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
